One second animation challenge - WeArePlaygrounds

The One Seconds is an event I set up together with WeArePlaygrounds for their Discord.

It is an animation challenge that takes place once a month and is open for anyone to join. The goal is to connect artists from around the world and give them a platform.

Every month, there is a new prompt and a new color scheme that participants have to follow, along with a minimum of one second that they have to animate.

Hence the name.

Every month, we see the number of participants grow.

I participate every month as well.

For me, this is the perfect place to try out new things, experiment, and get some practice in, as well as connect with other artists.
